The Invasion of the Fire Ants

We've had an exciting day today . . . . When Grandma Carol and Logan came to visit last month we bought an ant hill. We just received the ants in the mail yesterday and were so excited to watch them for the next few weeks. We placed the ants in their container last night. This morning we headed to the grocery store and came home to a kitchen crawling with fire ants (apparently the container doesn't close properly)! Tyler thought this was great and went on an ant hunt. Emma hopped on the couch and didn't want to come down. Here's a picture of them asleep in my bed for nap time . . . . Tyler said he wanted to sleep on the highest bed in the house just in case there were more ants crawling around. I sure hope not!!!!!!!
